I'm Jonathan Hamilton-Meikle. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2026 with a degree in Business Analytics and a 3.7+ GPA. Like most business students at a target school, I had one goal: land an MBB offer.

I completed 43 cases during my preparation. Not 100+. Not 200. 43 — because I wasn't chasing repetition. After every single case I sat down and analyzed exactly what went wrong. I wrote it down. I made sure I never made that mistake again.

While preparing, I started coaching fellow Notre Dame students through their own case prep. Sitting on the other side of the table changed how I saw everything. I got my McKinsey offer. And immediately started thinking about the students who wouldn't — not because they weren't smart enough, but because they never got the right feedback at the right moment.
